The difference is hidden in the hoodie: the Snuggle Pouch, a secure pocket on the chest where your cat, small dog, rabbit or another little companion from 0.5 to 9 kg can ride close to you while your hands stay free. Inside the Snuggle Pouch System
- Four pouch sizes. The pouch is made for your pet's weight: 0.5–2 kg, 3–4 kg, 5–6 kg or 7–9 kg (1–20 lbs), so a tiny kitten and a grown cat each get a pocket that fits.
- Zips shut on top. The rounded top of the pouch closes with a zipper, keeping your pet safely inside on busy streets, in shops or on the bus.
- Peek out your way. Open the zipper with its two sliders right where your pet likes to look out, left, right or center. Prefer a classic look-out? Add the round head opening with a drawstring and toggle, which suits small pets and those who watch the world lying down. Ferrets, raccoons, skunks and other exotic pets get an opening adapted to them.
- Metal carabiner inside. Clip it to your pet's harness, collar or leash for extra peace of mind.
- Zippered side openings. Reach in to scratch an ear, settle your pet or give a tail room, all without opening the pouch.
- Drawstring hem. Tie it and the hoodie sits shorter and cradles your pet from below, so you can let go with your hands. Untie it for a straight, easy fit.

How to Choose Your Size
Hoodie: pick a size whose chest measurement is 8–15 cm (3–6 in) larger than yours for cotton loopback, or 10–20 cm (4–8 in) larger for fleece-lined cotton. All measurements are in our hoodie & joggers size guide.
Pouch: choose it by your pet's weight. Between sizes or carrying an exotic pet? Write to us before ordering and we'll suggest the best option.
Do I need the head opening? Not necessarily: your pet can always peek out between the zipper sliders. The round opening is handy for small pets and those who like to look out while lying or sitting.
Can I wear it without my pet? Of course. It looks and feels like a regular relaxed hoodie and joggers set, and the pouch works as a roomy pocket.

Available in two types—with or without fleece lining—making it a perfect, versatile choice for any season. - Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape and the structural integrity of the carrier pouch.
- Ironing: Iron on low heat only if necessary.
- Maintenance: Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and keep the fabric looking pristine.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
- Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
