Inside the hoodie is the Snuggle Pouch: a secure chest pocket where a cat, a small dog, a rabbit or another companion from 0.5 to 9 kg can stay close to you while your hands stay free. It is a matching outfit for you, with room for the one who matches your heart.
What Makes the Snuggle Pouch Special
- Sized by weight. Choose a 0.5–2 kg, 3–4 kg, 5–6 kg or 7–9 kg (1–20 lbs) pouch, so your pet sits snugly and comfortably.
- A fully closing top. The rounded pouch zips shut along the upper edge, so your pet stays safely inside wherever you go.
- Your pet chooses the view. Thanks to two zipper sliders, you can open the top right where your pet naturally peeks out. Or add a round head opening with a drawstring and toggle, perfect for small pets and those who like to sit or lie and look around. For exotic pets such as ferrets, raccoons or skunks, we tailor the opening.
- Inner metal carabiner that clips to the harness, collar or leash.
- Zippered side openings for a reassuring touch or a free tail, while the pouch stays closed.
- Drawstring hem. Tie it and the hoodie supports your pet from below; loosen it for a straight, relaxed fit.
- Your own hand pockets, separate from the pet pouch.

How to Choose Your Size
Hoodie: choose a size whose chest measurement is 8–15 cm (3–6 in) larger than yours for cotton loopback, or 10–20 cm (4–8 in) larger for fleece-lined cotton. See our hoodie & joggers size guide.
Pouch: choose by your pet's weight. Between sizes or an exotic pet? Message us before ordering.
With or without a head opening? Your pet can always look out between the zipper sliders; add the round opening if your pet likes to watch lying down.
Is white practical with a pet? Yes. The cotton blend washes well at 30°C, and a lint roller quickly removes pet hair between washes.

Our garments are crafted from different premium fabrics depending on the specific model and season. Please review the material composition below for the fabric option selected for this item:
- Cotton: Premium Fabric Blend (70% cotton, 30% polyester).
Available in two types—with or without fleece lining—making it a perfect, versatile choice for any season. - Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape and the structural integrity of the carrier pouch.
- Ironing: Iron on low heat only if necessary.
- Maintenance: Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and keep the fabric looking pristine.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
- Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
