In the hoodie you'll find the Snuggle Pouch, a secure chest pocket where your small dog, cat, rabbit or another companion from 0.5 to 9 kg can come along while your hands stay free. Think of it as dog apparel for humans, designed for every pet that loves to be close.
How the Snuggle Pouch Works
- Pouch sized to your pet. Four options by weight: 0.5–2 kg, 3–4 kg, 5–6 kg or 7–9 kg (1–20 lbs), for a snug, supportive fit.
- Zips shut along the top. The rounded pouch closes fully, so your pet stays safe in crowds, at stations and on busy streets.
- Peek out where it feels natural. Two zipper sliders let you open the top at the exact spot your pet chooses. Prefer a window? Add the round head opening with a drawstring and toggle, which is ideal for smaller pets and those who like to lie or sit and watch. For ferrets, raccoons, skunks and other exotic pets, we adapt the opening.
- Metal carabiner inside for the harness, collar or leash.
- Zippered side openings for a reassuring touch or a tail outside, while the pouch stays zipped.
- Drawstring hem. Tie it and the hoodie cradles your pet from below; loosen it for a straight fit.
- Separate hand pockets for your phone and keys.

Our garments are crafted from different premium fabrics depending on the specific model and season. Please review the material composition below for the fabric option selected for this item:
- Cotton: Premium Fabric Blend (70% cotton, 30% polyester).
Available in two types—with or without fleece lining—making it a perfect, versatile choice for any season. - Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape and the structural integrity of the carrier pouch.
- Ironing: Iron on low heat only if necessary.
- Maintenance: Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and keep the fabric looking pristine.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
- Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
