A Sweatshirt with a Teddy Bear That Comes Alive
The bear is made of soft beige bouclé and frames the round opening of the pouch. Inside sits the Snuggle Pouch, where the pet travels safely, warm against the child. The rest is a clean, plain white hoodie: white drawstrings, an embossed Kotozhama patch, hand pockets and a drawstring hem. Even without a pet inside, the 3D teddy makes it the sweatshirt kids reach for first.
The Snuggle Pouch System
- Pouch size depends on the child's age. Ages 4–6: 0.5–2 kg or 3–4 kg. Ages 6–8 and 8–10: up to 5–6 kg. Ages 10–12: any size up to 7–9 kg (1–20 lbs).
- Round head opening framed by the teddy bear, with a drawstring and toggle to adjust it to your pet's neck.
- Zipped closed on top. The pouch closes completely along the upper edge, so the pet stays safely inside.
- Metal carabiner inside to clip to a harness or collar.
- Zippered side openings to pet and calm the animal without opening the pouch.
- Drawstring hem. Tie it to support the pet from below; untie it for a straight, relaxed fit.
- Separate hand pockets for small treasures.

Our garments are crafted from different premium fabrics depending on the specific model and season. Please review the material composition below for the fabric option selected for this item:
- Cotton: Premium Fabric Blend (70% cotton, 30% polyester).
Available in two types—with or without fleece lining—making it a perfect, versatile choice for any season. - Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape and the structural integrity of the carrier pouch.
- Ironing: Iron on low heat only if necessary.
- Maintenance: Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and keep the fabric looking pristine.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
- Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
