The hoodie features the Snuggle Pouch, a secure chest pocket that works as a hoodie with cat holder, a cozy seat for a small dog, or a hideaway for a rabbit, ferret or any companion from 0.5 to 9 kg. The Snuggle Pouch System
- Sized by your pet's weight. 0.5–2 kg, 3–4 kg, 5–6 kg or 7–9 kg (1–20 lbs): four pouch sizes for a comfortable, secure fit.
- Fully closing top. The pouch is rounded at the top and zips closed, so your pet stays inside even when something exciting happens.
- A view that suits them. Two zipper sliders let you open the top right where your pet likes to peek. Or choose the round head opening with a drawstring and toggle, great for smaller pets and those who like to sit or lie and watch. For ferrets, raccoons, skunks and other exotic pets, we adapt the opening.
- Metal carabiner inside to clip to the harness, collar or leash.
- Zippered side openings to stroke, settle or reposition your pet without unzipping the pouch.
- Drawstring hem. Tie it to support your pet from below and free your hands, or leave it loose for a straight silhouette.
- Separate hand pockets for your own things.

Pouch: choose by your pet's weight. Between sizes or an exotic pet? Message us before ordering.
With or without a head opening? Your pet can always peek out between the zipper sliders; add the round opening for small pets and those who like to watch lying down.
Is the pouch only for cats? No. It suits cats, kittens, puppies, small dogs, rabbits, ferrets and other pets from 0.5 to 9 kg.

Our garments are crafted from different premium fabrics depending on the specific model and season. Please review the material composition below for the fabric option selected for this item:
- Cotton: Premium Fabric Blend (70% cotton, 30% polyester).
Available in two types—with or without fleece lining—making it a perfect, versatile choice for any season. - Bouclé: (60% polyester, 35% viscose, 5% acrylic).
An ultra-soft, insulating fabric. Highly durable, it retains its vibrant color and structured shape through repeated washing.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Gentle machine wash at 30°C (86°F).
- Bleaching: Do not use bleach.
- Drying: Lay flat to dry to maintain the garment's shape and the structural integrity of the carrier pouch.
- Ironing: Iron on low heat only if necessary.
- Maintenance: Use a lint roller to remove pet hair and keep the fabric looking pristine.

- USA, Canada: All customs duties are fully prepaid by us.

Returns & Exchanges
As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally not eligible for return. However, if a mistake occurs, we are happy to review exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Process: All returns or exchanges require prior approval. Please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com to initiate the process.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the buyer’s responsibility. The original shipping cost and any customs duties incurred during return transit to Ukraine will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Damaged Items: We inspect every item before shipping. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at kotozhama@gmail.com on the day of delivery, including a description and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement.
- Refunds: Authorized refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
